To provide additional protection for your financial information, we^† have changed the way you sign in to President’s Choice Financial^® online banking.

As a result of the security enhancements, you will occasionally be required to answer some of your personal verification questions (PVQs) when you sign in as shown below. You might also be asked to answer some of your personal verification questions when you access online banking while travelling, so it is important that you have questions and answers that you can remember.

Your personal verification questions and answers are as important as your online banking password and your bank machine PIN. Please do not disclose them to anyone.

Please note: providers of President’s Choice Financial services do not request personal information or ask customers to update their passwords or personal verification questions via e-mail.
