We^† want to help you make sure your computer is protected. That’s why we’ve arranged with Trusteer to offer you online fraud and identity theft protection software called Rapport. By installing Rapport, you are providing an extra layer of security for your computer.

Rapport, which is free of charge for President’s Choice Financial personal banking customers, works by creating a protective bubble around your browser while you are signed into the President’s Choice Financial personal banking website. It will help to ensure that you are on our site, as opposed to a fraudulent site, and will help protect your financial information even if your computer has a virus.

Rapport works with, but does not replace, your own anti-virus software and firewall – helping to give you as much protection as possible. Best of all, it’s easy to use and won’t slow down your computer.

Without the proper protection on your computer, criminals could access this information through the use of malicious software (sometimes known as malware).

You must have a minimum of 512MB RAM (or more) for Windows XP, 1024MB RAM (or more) for Windows Vista / Windows 7 installed on your computer for Rapport to operate properly.

At the moment, the software will not work with:

Modified Browsers

Rapport is not recommended if you are using screen reading software.
