your bill payments will be completed on time
When banking online, you need to know your payments will be processed as requested. That's why you should make sure that your payments are made at least two business days before they are due. If one of your bills isn't paid after it has been submitted to us, and you incur additional interest charges or late payment fees because of a system malfunction or other error caused by us, we'll compensate you for those charges. Of course, this doesn't apply to errors on your part that cause your bill not to be paid (your responsibility for completed transactions is outlined in the legal stuff section).
