While President’s Choice Financial® representatives receive a very competitive base salary, there is much more to consider when calculating total compensation. Your total compensation is made up of several components:

incentive pay and variable compensation

President’s Choice Financial in-store employees have the opportunity to earn incentive compensation to recognize individual performance and share in the success of the business.

Pay-for-performance is the foundation of the Variable Compensation incentive plan. The plans for all sales employees have been developed to help us achieve our performance goals by tying employee incentive awards to the achievement of individual goals and business priorities.

All in-store Personal Banking Representatives, Area Managers and Regional Sales Managers are eligible to participate in the Variable Compensation plan.

Pension and benefits are another important component of your total compensation as a President’s Choice Financial representative. Our benefits and pension programs are targeted to be consistent with market practice.
