in-store sales opportunities

Banking Representative
As a Personal Banking Representative you are accountable for prospecting in the aisles for new clients in the grocery store aisles and selling President’s Choice Financial products to potential customers. Employees have sales targets and participate in a Variable Compensation program in addition to receiving a base salary.

Pavilion Ambassador
As a Pavilion Ambassador you will approach clients in the grocery store aisles, interest them in the President’s Choice Financial offer and introduce them to a Personal Banking Representative in the Pavilion. This role is a stepping stone to the Personal Banking Representative role.

Area Manager
As an Area Manager you have responsibility for Customer Service and Sales for a number of In Store Pavilions. Area Managers will manage 8 –12 Personal Banking Representatives working in various locations. In addition to receiving a base salary, Area Managers have sales targets and participate in a Variable Compensation program.

Regional Sales Manager
As a Regional Sales Manager you are accountable for Customer Service and Sales for various geographic locations. Regional Sales Managers manage 3 -7 Area Managers. In addition to receiving a base salary, Regional Sales Managers have sales targets and participate in a Variable Compensation program.

Regional Development Coach
As a Regional Development Coach you work closely with the Area and Regional Managers to coach and mentor new and existing employees on sales processes and product knowledge.

Personal Banking Representative- sales and service
The primary role of the Personal Banking Representative is to "delight" the customer with a superior service experience. This involves providing information on all financial products offered under the President’s Choice Financial^® brand. It also involves opening deposit accounts (chequing and savings) and credit products. The Personal Banking Representative will be measured on sales and service results and also on the value they add.

Team Leader
The Team Leader provides tactical guidance and specialized knowledge to a team of Personal Banking Representatives to ensure optimal performance of the team. The Team Leader is responsible for the development of staff. Strong leadership qualities are a must.
